Myers Restaurant Supply, a leading national foodservice equipment supply and design company has an immediate opening for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant in our rapidly growing, fast paced, focused, and exciting office in Santa Rosa, CA
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the Accounts Payable field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills, display good judgement, versatility, and flexibility with job tasks
• Acute attention to detail
• Ability to review one’s own work quickly and accurately to insure it is of the highest quality
• Ability to prioritize tasks, problem solve, and manage their time wisely
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Responsibilities
• Control and management of A/P
• Review and monitor vendor aging
• Reconcile PO’s
• Match receivers with invoices
• Post vendor invoices
• Process weekly vendor payments
• Match invoices with checks
• Coordinate check-signing with CEO
• Respond to vendor inquiries
• Organize and maintain A/P files
• Assist in AR Billing
• Other tasks as assigned
